5lb Challenge starts August 1st!!! Get yourself ready to lose 5lbs with me!
Park’s response when asked about riding his bike from Baltimore, Maryland to Bend, Oregon –
“If you can ride your bike to the corner, you can ride your bike across the country. You just get to the corner, then go to the next corner, then the next, and keep going.”
I’m not proposing that we ride our bikes across the country in an attempt to lose 5lbs – LOL, but the idea is the same, if we can lose an ounce then we can lose a pound and just keep going. Join the email list to get updates and information – sign up now.
This challenge isn’t about buying special food, joining a gym, or setting crazy goals – it’s just about getting started. It’s about creating awareness of daily habits that sabotage your desire for weight loss and other things too.
I believe we’ll be able to motivate and inspire each other while we motivate and inspire ourselves to stay on track, stay focused and make the small lifestyle changes we need to make to be healthy and lose 5lbs.

A journal – physical or digital

Athletic shoes – sneakers
A friend to do the challenge with you – choose your most positive & supportive friend!

I’ve having the same problem as Donna (the first commenter)! When I try to enter my name, etc., the letters do not show up. 🙁
