Rule #9 Assume the person you are listening to might know something you don’t.

It sounds so easy, so common sense, but there is more to listening than we want to acknowledge. If you are truly listening, truly hearing – you might change. YIKES!!! Change takes courage. Admitting you’ve changed takes courage – all of that change could start from just listening.
